Topic Description:

Winter Session of Parliament is all set to begin from 18th November and will continue till 13th December. While the govt has several key bills on it's agenda in addition to two ordinances, the opposition is also expected to raise various issues during this session. This will also be the 250th session of Rajya Sabha. Previous session which was the first session of new elected 17th Lok Sabha had witnessed enhanced productivity of both houses - approximately 137 % for Loksabha and 103 % for Rajya Sabha.
