ICGE-II aims to encourage the economic potential of the women and transgender persons so as to prepare them as sustainable entrepreneurs. The focal theme of the event is ‘Gender in Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Social Business: The Mediating Role of Empowerment’. It is organized in association with the UN Women, a part of the United Nations.

There is huge gap in women representation in employment with respect to the level of education. The event would provide a platform to foresee to question the post-pandemic world and share the present experiences of women across continents.
